It is important to highlight the lastest modificacions added to the machine: The main belt and the arms. In response to new varieties of fruit and greater caliber, our research and development department designed an improved main belt. The new main belt allows more kg. to be caught than the previous one while also decreasing the amount of damaged fruit.
These improvements have been achieved thanks to the redesign of the main belt, which now coinsists of six arms that transport the fruit to the main belt.
The arms that transport the fruit to the main belt measure 165 mm. wide. In this way, fruit can enter in pairs, which results in more kg. collected.
The fruit moves through the main belt until it reaches the bin. The fruit only moves through the main belt. As you can see in the picture below, the movement of the fruit from the main belt to the bin is smooth preventing any damage to its quality.
Finally, it is important to highlight that you can modify the main belt and the six arms depending on the variety and quantity of fruit and on the number of workers assigned to the machine.
- Enables larger fruit calibres and different types.
- Increased productivity.
- And especially a smoother fall of the fruit (less damage).
We have converted the trailer because of the demands of the market. Now it enables harvesting with wooden crates and the plastic crates.
