From its beginnings and up to now the objective of Vilaró-Bernat, SL has been to make everyday farm management work easier, especially farming dedicated to vegetable and fruit crops.

Vilaró-Bernat, SL is a family-owned company that now has a specialized staff in each of the stages of the production process that a machine demands.

Since its inception, the activity of Vilaró-Bernat, SL has been developed in the municipality of Miralcamp. In a building of some 1,200 square meters we work to comply with the demands that arrive from any point in the national market, especially the fruit from the counties of Lleida, but also of France and Portugal.

The machine reduces costs in the following ways:

Labour costs are reduced because each worker is able to pick up between 170-200 kg/h. depending on the type of fruit and plantation. Up to 12 people can work in each machine.
Our machine has the widest arms on the market which also makes it the most productive. They measure 165mm wide and unlike others systems, two pieces of fruit fit horizontally at the same time.
In a single pass the machine is able to take the fruit from the whole tree from top to bottom. This means that the picking up quality is uniform. The agriculturist can grow trees up to 4 meters and obtain more kg per hectare.
Due to mechanized brushes, the change of the fruit from small arms to the main belt is very soft and smooth. The fruit moves from the picking up place to the main belt without any jumps or any other trouble that could damage it. Then, already on the main belt, the fruit goes straight to the bin without going onto any other belts. The fruit is always visible to the agriculturist, so the picked fruit can be monitored until it is deposited in the bin.
